• that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated on the invoice;;
• that the packaging is intact, not wet or damaged (in this case, you must check the contents of the package).

If the packaging is not intact and / or damaged, the customer can decide not to accept the package or indicate his detailed and dated reserves on the transport document. If the customer does not indicate any reservations on the delivery document, he cannot claim any damage and / or shortages due to transport.

The customer must promptly and in writing communicate the problem encountered during delivery to the customer service of Oreficeria Talamelli s.n.c.

In case of replacement, the goods must be returned by the customer well packed and in their original packaging together with the delivery documents.

Once the package has been received, the seller checks its integrity and proceeds with the formulation of a repair estimate, where the goods are not under warranty, or replacement.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been customized (embroidered, printed logo, technical and structural customization).

N.B. the above is an exception for products that arrive to the customer damaged and which are deemed not to comply with the order placed.

The customer, upon receipt of the goods and before signing the acknowledgment of receipt of the package, must check:

• that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated on the invoice;
• that the packaging is intact, not wet or damaged (in this case, you must check the contents of the package).

This right must be exercised, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter to the address of the selling company or by sending a written communication by fax or e-mail as long as it is confirmed by registered letter within 48 (forty-eight) hours thereafter.

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal, in the event that he has purchased "goods made to measure or clearly personalized" (Article 59 I paragraph letter c, of the Consumer Code) and "non-prefabricated goods produced on the basis of a individual choice or decision of the consumer "(Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament).

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the buyer only with the authorization of Oreficeria Talamelli snc. All products intended to be returned must be returned in resalable conditions, be perfectly intact, without showing signs of wear and placed in their original packaging.

They must therefore not have been damaged and must be perfectly clean. They must also be accompanied by any accessories such as instructions for use and maintenance, documentation and attachments.

The return costs are fully charged to the customer.

Oreficeria Talamelli s.n.c. undertakes to return the amount paid within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
